Qualifications
PhD in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
At least 5 years in industry or academia applying modeling to biological problems.
Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
Develop QSP models to inform compound progression decisions across immunology and oncology pipelines.
Perform human PK predictions and quantitative DDI predictions; design and analyze preclinical PK/PD data.
Develop models to understand toxicological signals and guide project decisions.
Explain modeling concepts to colleagues across disciplines and contribute to toolbox development.
Present analysis outcomes to cross-functional teams and leadership.
