Qualifications

• PhD in Pharmacokinetics/Pharmacodynamics or related field with modeling experience.
• 5+ years of industry/CRO experience in translational PKPD modeling.
• Experience with PK/PD, DMPK, and translational modeling for dose prediction.
• Proficiency with modelling software (NONMEM, Monolix, MATLAB, etc.).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead genetic medicines PKPD projects (ASOs, siRNA, LNP, AAV, ARC).
• Design and implement modeling strategies to inform decisions.
• Analyze, interpret, and communicate quantitative results.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate PKPD into strategy.
• Publish findings and present at conferences and forums.
• Mentor junior scientists and grow PKPD capabilities.
