Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in pharmacometrics, population pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics, computational sciences, engineering, chemistry, statistics or a related modelling area.
• Experience in population PK and/or PK/PD modeling.
• Experience using NONMEM (or Monolix), R, and mrgsolve.
• Hands-on experience across the full modeling workflow: dataset prep, covariate evaluation, model development, evaluation, and reporting.
• Experience contributing to regulatory submissions or health authority responses.
• Reproducible analysis practice with version control (Git) and literate reporting (Quarto).

Responsibilities

• Independently develop, evaluate, and apply population PK and PK/PD models using NONMEM and/or Monolix with R for data handling and simulation.
• Serve as PMx lead: author analysis plans, modeling reports for regulatory submission, and end-to-end ownership of analyses.
• Provide scientific input on dose, regimen, patient population, and development strategy.
• Perform QC/QA of modeling deliverables and support scientific oversight of vendor analyses.
• Identify opportunities where modeling can answer unasked questions and articulate those findings.
