Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a dynamic Quantitative Clinical Pharmacologist to provide PK/PD leadership and drive model-based decision making across our portfolio. You will work with PBPK, QSP, and pharmacometrics modelers to influence dose selection and development strategies.

Ideal candidates have a PhD and at least 2 years in drug development, with hands-on experience in NONMEM, Monolix, R, and PBPK modeling. This role engages with regulatory agencies and cross-functional teams globally.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent in pharmaceutical sciences or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of drug development/regulatory experience in quantitative pharmacology.

Responsibilities

• Provide PK/PD leadership to project teams and support dose decisions.
• Lead and integrate quantitative approaches in development plans.
• Prepare protocols, analysis plans, data analyses, and study reports across phases I–III.
