Qualifications

• PhD (or equivalent) in computational biology, translational data science, bioinformatics, biostatistics, or related quantitative discipline, plus 6+ years of experience.
• Deep Immunology and/or Cell Therapy research experience in pharma/biotech/academic settings with translational impact.
• Strong hands-on single-cell omics analysis and RNA-seq interpretation.
• Proven expertise in spatial omics/spatial transcriptomics/proteomics.
• Experience with multimodal data integration across molecular and clinical datasets.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific leadership in a cross-functional team with immunology, cell therapy, translational medicine, and data science experts.
• Lead integration and interpretation of large-scale multimodal datasets focused on single-cell and spatial omics in immunology.
• Define innovative analytical and AI-driven approaches to identify disease mechanisms, hypotheses, biomarkers, and patient subgroups.
• Develop transformational precision medicine propositions to deliver therapies and maximize data asset value.
• Evaluate and apply AI/ML methodologies, including LLMs and biological foundation models, ensuring translational relevance.
