• Experience leading training programs.

• Proven skills in delivering hands-on technical instruction and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
• Supervise and support OJTs and trainees, ensuring high-quality instruction and delivery.
• Conduct hands-on technical training and certification of new hires and associates for new positions including Forklift, Low Lift Hoist, and Lock Out Tag Out.
• Conduct classroom (Defect Class) sessions for all affected associates.
• Ensure all training programs align with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Conduct weekly training evaluations for trainees.
• Conduct quarterly and end-of-training Demonstration of Ability for trainees.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to OJTs.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback.
• Assist with the development and rollout of training and development videos.
