Job summary

ADMA Biologics, Inc. in Boca Raton, FL seeks Manager, Training & Development BioCenters to build and oversee a comprehensive training program across the BioCenters.

The role requires partnering with operations, QA, and compliance to translate regulations into practical learning solutions, including hybrid and instructor-led formats. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Education with 5–7 years in manufacturing or healthcare, plus at least 2 years leading training initiatives in an FDA-regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education with a training and development focus.
• 5–7 years’ experience in a Manufacturing, Compliance, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Healthcare environment.
• At least 2 years leading training initiatives and continuous improvement in an FDA-regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of quality and operational excellence and ensure the advancement of the Company’s mission and values.
• Design, create, and develop learning solutions to meet objectives using various media.
• Lead the Training department’s team in critical thinking problem solving.
• Coordinate and lead cGMP training and annual trainings.
• Develop training metrics to maintain compliance.
• Review and improve SOPs and training programs.
