Job summary

ADMA Biologics in Conyers, GA is seeking a Center Training Coordinator to ensure the competency and ongoing development of center staff, including management. The role focuses on executing and monitoring training programs, coordinating scheduling, and supporting Preceptors nominated for training.

You will use LMS/eQMS to track progress, participate in CAPA-related training plans with Instructional Designer, and maintain training materials.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a plasma center with training or preceptor experience.
• Experience with LMS / eQMS and CAPA-related training.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and cGMP requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support all ADMA BioCenter training initiatives.
• Ensure staff complete required training in a timely manner.
• Perform observations with new hires and coordinate with management.
• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Provide feedback for selecting training preceptors.
• Support development of Training Preceptors at plasma centers.
• Maintain active cross-training programs.
• Run LMS/eQMS training reports and escalate pending trainings.
• Stay current on skillsets by working in production areas.
