Kod2Kids is seeking an experienced Lead Trainer / Academic Head to own the quality of all teaching programs from Scratch to AI projects. You will shepherd the grade-wise curriculum, design advanced courses, and ensure alignment with national standards while mentoring a team of trainers.
You will also lead trainer training, monitor class quality, and oversee school program deployments. This role blends hands-on teaching with strategic curriculum leadership in a remote-first EdTech setup.
We are looking for an experienced Lead Trainer / Academic Head to own the quality of everything Kod2Kids teaches, from Class 1 Scratch lessons to Class 12 AI projects.
If you have taught robotics or coding for several years, trained other teachers, and enjoy building curriculum and learning systems, this role gives you ownership of the academic side of a growing EdTech company.
Kod2Kids teaches Robotics, Coding, Artificial Intelligence and STEAM to school students from Class 1 to 12. We run live online classes (1:1 and small batches), in-school programs with partner schools, and we make our own hands-on robotics kits and class-wise activity books. Our learning is project-based and aligned with NEP 2020: students build real projects such as smart street lights, line-following robots, IoT devices and games, and showcase them on our Student Showcase.
We are a small, fast-growing team. People who join us get real ownership, direct access to the founders, and the chance to shape how thousands of children experience technology for the first time.
As Lead Trainer / Academic Head you will lead our team of trainers, define the grade-wisely learning path, maintain the quality of live classes and school programs, and keep our curriculum aligned with NEP 2020, CBSE and ICSE expectations.
You will also take a small number of advanced classes and demo sessions yourself, so you stay close to students and parents.
