You will conduct traffic studies using VISSIM/Synchro-equivalent tools, apply ATMS principles, and deliver technical reports on schedule and within budget. GA PE license or eligibility is required with 10–15+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• GA PE license or eligibility required.
• 10–15+ years of progressive traffic operations experience with focus on signal retiming.
• Experience with MicroStation and GDOT guidelines or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Traffic Signal Retiming: Lead projects related to timing plans for coordinated and isolated systems.
• Design: Create plans and specifications for traffic signal systems and related improvements.
• Traffic Studies & Analysis: Conduct studies using VISSIM, Synchro, and similar tools.
• ATMS: Apply systems engineering for signal and ATMS deployment.
• Field Work: Verify field devices and recommend improvements.
• Technical Reports & Client Delivery: Prepare reports and deliverables on schedule and budget.
