Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Traffic Engineering Manager to join our Atlanta transportation team. This leadership role guides complex studies, traffic safety projects, and GDOT-compliant designs, mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with clients and subconsultants.

You will manage scope, schedule, and budgets, ensure QA/QC, and drive delivery through GDOT PDP milestones. A PE license in GA or the ability to obtain within 6 months is required; relocation is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering required.
• 8 years of traffic engineering experience or equivalent.
• PE license in GA or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day traffic engineering production and manage schedules and deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with clients and subconsultants.
• Ensure GDOT standards compliance and manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
