Job summary

PRIME AE Group seeks a Senior Traffic Project Manager to lead high-impact traffic projects from Columbus or Akron offices. You will manage teams, budgets, and schedules while maintaining client relationships and delivering innovative transportation solutions that improve mobility and safety.

The ideal candidate holds a BSCE, an active Ohio PE license, 10+ years in traffic engineering, and strong leadership and business development skills.

Qualifications

• BSCE required; MSCE preferred.
• Active Ohio PE license required.
• 10+ years in traffic engineering and project management.
• Strong experience with ODOT projects and design.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, analysis, and design of traffic engineering projects.
• Manage project teams, budgets, and schedules.
• Serve as primary client contact and lead meetings.
• Support business development and practice growth.
• Mentor junior staff and reviews shop drawings.
