Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) required; MSCE preferred.
• Active Ohio PE license required.
• 10+ years of progressive traffic engineering and project management experience.
• Strong experience with ODOT projects and design.
• Experience with traffic analysis, design, and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, analysis, and design of traffic engineering projects from concept to construction.
• Coordinate design engineers and technical staff to deliver work.
• Develop scope, schedule, and fee proposals for traffic projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and financial performance.
• Provide client contact, meetings, and ongoing communication; contribute to business development.
• Mentor junior staff and support team growth.
