Job summary

RoadSafe Traffic Systems Lexington, SC seeks a Traffic Control Supervisor II to oversee traffic control operations on state highways and roadways. You will lead crews, ensure site safety, and manage documentation while transporting equipment between sites.

The role requires ATSSA certification, 3–4 years of traffic control experience, and ability to travel as needed. Night/weekend shifts and on-call rotation are common.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor certification required.
• 3–4 years (6,000+ hours) of traffic control experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute traffic control and safety operations for assigned projects.
• Lead daily traffic control crews including technicians and flaggers.
• Transport equipment and safety products to and from job sites.
• Set up, monitor, and remove lane closures and traffic control devices.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and complete job documentation daily.
• Perform shop duties and maintenance of traffic control equipment.
