Responsibilities

• Perform higher skilled repairs in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and other trades.
• Supervise clerical staff and coordinate maintenance teams.
• Coordinate projects with school staff and schedule material removal.
• Maintain inventory records for service vehicles and tools.
• Respond to emergency call-outs after hours.
