Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is seeking a skilled Training Educator for the Construction Services Department. You will develop, coordinate, and deliver NCCER curricula, ensuring alignment with industry standards and OSHA regulations, while managing the NCCERconnect LMS.

The role requires leading instructors, coordinating with partners, and maintaining training records, exams, and performance assessments to meet current workforce needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years in training construction/trades + leadership experience.
• NCCER certification and familiarity with OSHA regulations (OSHA 10 preferred).
• Obtain NCCER Instructor under GISP Accreditation Sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversees development, implementation and improvement of all trade program curricula.
• Leads instructional delivery of Carpentry, Electrical or HVAC.
• Ensures NCCER standards and OSHA compliance; manages NCCERconnect LMS.
• Performs Salesforce and NCCER data entry; maintains training records and reports.
• Develops hands-on projects aligned with industry requirements.
• Collaborates with Goodwill partners to update training materials.
