Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in tooling and die work.
• Experience building, repairing, and modifying dies, fixtures, and gauges.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret CAD/CAM models.
• Manual and CNC machining experience.
• No degree required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the build, repair, and modification of dies, fixtures, gauges, and related tooling
• Diagnose tooling issues, implement corrective actions and support preventative maintenance
• Review prints, CAD models, and specifications
• Act as lead in the toolroom, set priorities within the toolroom and assist tool makers
• Perform precision machining using manual and cnc equipment
