Rise Technical Recruitment Limited are recruiting for a Tool & Die Maker in Hartford, CT. The role involves hands-on tooling across diverse industries in a long-established, family-owned manufacturer known for low staff turnover and progression opportunities.

You will work with precision tooling, follow blueprints to tight tolerances, and have opportunities for funded development and advancement into senior roles.

Qualifications

• Certified Tool & Die Maker with strong tooling experience.
• Strong mechanical capability to setup, condition, and adjust tooling.
• Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge (no degree required).

Responsabilités

• Setting up, conditioning, and adjusting tooling in the pressroom to produce precision components.
• Installing tools into the press and making precise adjustments to hold the tight tolerances these critical parts demand.
• Working alongside process engineers, quality, and program managers to bring intricate, high-specification tooling to print.
