Qualifications

• 4+ years of tooling or CNC operations experience.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read 2D and 3D blueprints.
• Strong precision and measurement skills.
• Willingness to work 1st shift in Deland, FL.

Responsibilities

• Plans method and sequence of work for CNC operations.
• Read 2D and 3D blueprints and follow work orders.
• Perform mathematical calculations for accurate setups.
• Set up CNC, NC and manual machines and fixtures.
• Inspect in-process work and verify tolerances; adjust as needed.
• Design and build tooling, jigs, and fixtures as required.
• Maintain tool bit inventories and tool holder fixtures.
• Use hand tools and inspection devices to ensure quality.
