Job summary

CompleteStaff is seeking a 1st shift CNC tool room machinist to set up and operate 3-axis CNC machines for producing custom, high-precision parts. You will read blueprints and inspect parts with precision tools to ensure specifications are met.

The role includes basic CNC programming edits, offsets, and routine maintenance to minimize downtime, with daily collaboration to improve processes and efficiency in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up and operating 3-axis CNC machines.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Proficient in performing quality inspections with precision tools.
• Capable of making basic CNC program edits and offsets.
