Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Machining Operator in DeLand, FL. You will plan, set up and run CNC/NC/manual machines, read blueprints, and ensure dimensions and tolerances meet specifications.

The role requires 4+ years of machining experience and a high school diploma or GED. Anticipated hourly range is $23.80–$37.18 with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience, preferred
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, preferred

Responsibilities

• Plans method and sequence of work for CNC machining operations using programming software or at the machine
• Read and interpret 2D drawings or 3D models per work orders
• Perform precision calculations and set speeds/feeds for different materials
• Set up CNC, NC and manual machines including EDM, lathe, mill, grinders
• Set up, position, align and secure work on machine; adjust tools as needed
• Inspect work, verify dimensions, maintain tool and fixture inventories
• Design and build jigs and fixtures as required for operations
• Follow quality guidelines and safety standards
