Job summary

Circle seeks a Lead Product Manager, Token for the Arc product team to explore a potential native token on the Arc network. You will shape tokenomics, governance, and the economic model, working with Product, Legal, Policy, and Treasury to align with regulatory and financial considerations.

You will analyze mechanisms from validator and staking models to community participation, guiding governance evolution and ecosystem incentives across Circle’s platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in crypto research, token design, or governance operations.
• Strong understanding of tokenomics and governance.
• Experience building financial or economic models for token ecosystems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design a potential token and governance architecture for Arc and related ecosystem parties.
• Model economic systems and incentive structures for the Arc network.
• Operationalize governance frameworks with on-chain and off-chain processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Policy, and Treasury to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Develop documentation and forums to educate participants from developers to institutions.
• Benchmark governance systems and token designs to inform Circle’s approach.
