Qualifications

• Two years or more experience in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state licensing requirements and National Standards for hiring.
• Lead teacher qualifications align with director requirements where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment.
• Design classroom arrangements and management systems to support development.
• Promote healthy eating and ensure state ratio requirements are met.
• Post daily schedules and adhere to health and safety policies.
• Collaborate with families to support children’s learning and development.
• Maintain portfolios and communicate progress to parents.
