Job summary

The Goddard School in Spring House is hiring lead and assistant teachers to support our growing team caring for 1- to 2-year-old children. You will help create a nurturing classroom, lead age-appropriate activities, and communicate with parents to foster a collaborative environment.

This role requires at least 2 years of early childhood care experience, comfort with parents and caregivers, and the ability to work with a team under the direction of directors and onsite owners.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of Early Child Care experience.
• Be comfortable talking with parents and caregivers.
• Promote positive classroom management techniques.
• Share ideas and experiences with their Co-Teacher.
• Feel comfortable leading lessons and activities.
• Collaborate with directors and onsite owners.
