The Goddard School of Skippack seeks an experienced Lead Toddler Teacher to create a warm, caring classroom where toddlers feel safe, loved, and eager to explore. You’ll guide development across language, social, emotional, physical, and cognitive areas while partnering with families for each child’s growth.

This PA-based role requires a CDA credential or higher in Early Childhood Education, with toddler classroom leadership experience.

Qualifications

• This position is for a Lead Teacher; PA Lead Teacher qualifications required.
• CDA credential or Associate/Bachelor in Early Childhood Education from PA-approved equivalent.
• Experience with toddlers (12–36 months) in licensed settings; leading a toddler classroom preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Reliable, professional with excellent communication; able to lift up to 50 pounds; background clearances required.
