The Goddard School located in The Greater Heights is seeking a passionate Lead Toddler Teacher for ages 1.5 to 2. You will lead daily activities, implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum, and collaborate with a supportive team to create a nurturing learning environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CDA (Child Development Associate) preferred.
• 2–3 years of preschool/childcare experience in licensed setting.
• State-required pre-service training completed.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum and Instruction: Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Classroom Management: Create a safe, nurturing, inclusive classroom; manage routines; address behavior.
• Family Communication: Maintain open communication; conduct conferences; encourage involvement.
