The Goddard School of Houston (The Greater Heights) is seeking a passionate Lead Teacher for infants and toddlers. You will lead daily activities, implement an engaging developmentally appropriate curriculum, and collaborate with a supportive team in a premium educational setting.

The role offers full-time year-round scheduling (Mon-Fri, 8:00am-6:00pm) with a starting salary range of $33,150 to $39,780, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience with young children in licensed childcare or preschool.
• Has completed state-required pre-service training.
• Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and faculty.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Maintain open communication with parents/guardians and conduct conferences.
• Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed and supervise activities.
