Cornerstone Learning Center- Southwind is seeking a Lead Teacher for the Toddlers classroom. Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, with compensation of $15–$16 per hour based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Lead all aspects of the classroom in line with the center's philosophy and goals.
• Implement activities that promote growth across emotional, social, cognitive, creative and physical development.
• Take initiative, accept feedback, and implement improvements for program quality.
• Create and maintain a clean, safe environment for all children.
• Establish professional rapport with families to provide quality care.
• Physical ability to work around small children; sit/stand/walk/run; climb stairs.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
