Big Blue Marble Academy in Birmingham, AL is seeking an experienced Early Child Care Lead Teacher for our Toddlers classroom. You will plan activities using a play-based curriculum that expands children's world view while building essential developmental skills.

You will develop daily rapport with families, sharing milestones through electronic reports, and uphold enhanced safety guidelines to maintain a safe, engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Early Childhood coursework, CDA or degree preferred.
• Six months experience in child care, daycare or preschool preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities using a play-based curriculum that takes children on an adventure around the world while teaching developmentally appropriate skills.
• Develop rapport with families daily and use electronic daily reports to share milestones captured throughout the day.
• Follow enhanced safety guidelines to keep your classroom clean and safe.
