Job summary

Big Blue Marble Academy is seeking an Early Child Care Lead Teacher to guide young learners through a play-based curriculum and foster curiosity about the world. In this role you will develop rapport with families, share milestones via daily reports, and uphold enhanced safety guidelines to keep classrooms clean and safe while supporting children's development.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Early Childhood coursework, CDA or degree preferred.
• At least six months experience in childcare, daycare or preschool.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Must be able to visually supervise children at all times.

• Plan and implement activities using a play-based curriculum that develops developmentally appropriate skills.
• Develop rapport with families daily and share milestones via electronic daily reports.
