Job summary

Tutor Time Childcare in California is hiring an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher to provide daily care and developmentally appropriate learning experiences, following licensing guidelines and our curriculum.

You will observe, plan, and communicate with families, while leading a classroom with energy and compassion. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with benefits including a 50% childcare discount, tuition assistance, and a 401(k) company match.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center.
• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
• The ability to meet state requirements for background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
