Ivy Kids is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher to plan and implement the daily curriculum for children, creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

You will oversee personal care, learning activities, and coordination with assistant teachers; maintain records, ASQs, and communicate with parents daily while modeling Conscious Discipline.

This role requires knowledge of state standards and Ivy Kids procedures, with opportunities for advancement within the program.

Formación

• Must be able to repeatedly bend, stoop and run; lift and carry children up to 50+ pounds.
• Must be able to effectively interact and communicate with children and parents.
• Lead teacher must maintain at least 24 hours of training each year.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement Ivy Kids curriculum activities.
• Keep accurate records of each child’s developmental milestones and attendance.
• Ensure ASQs are conducted on time.
• Communicate with parents daily via the parent app.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Supervise and direct assistant teachers in the classroom.
