Ivy Kids - The Heights is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher to plan and implement daily curriculum for toddlers, creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom. You will supervise assistants, maintain records, complete ASQs on time, and practice Conscious Discipline while communicating with families daily.

You will ensure compliance with state standards, Ivy Kids Brand procedures, and participate in staff trainings.

Qualifications

Plans and implements the Ivy Kids curriculum activities.
Keeps accurate and current records of each child’s milestones, accidents, anecdotes, and attendance.
Ensures ASQs are conducted on time and adheres to state standards.

Responsabilités

Understands and complies with Ivy Kids Brand standards & State Standards
Plans and implements the Ivy Kids curriculum activities
Keeps accurate and current records of each child’s developmental milestones, student accidents, anecdotal records, and attendance.
Ensure ASQs are conducted on time.
Has knowledge of state standards and the ability to follow Ivy Kids Critical Procedures.
Provides daily communication to parents via the parent app.
Attend staff meetings and trainings.
Assists in training new staff and familiarizing them with program practices, forms, and schedules.
Observes, records, and reports any significant behavior to the director that could affect care quality.
