The Malvern School of Montgomeryville seeks a Lead Teacher for the Toddler classroom. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday and focuses on planning, supervising, and delivering a high-quality early childhood program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or similar) in ECE/related field.
• Alternative: 30 credits in ECE/related field + 1 year experience.
• Associate's degree + 2 years experience.
• Associate's degree + 30 credits in ECE + 3 years experience.

• Plan, supervise and implement a superior Early Childhood Educational program in line with school policies and The Malvern School philosophy.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and educational environment for the class.
• Communicate regularly with parents, in person and via technology, meeting or exceeding expectations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field

Bachelor's degree with 30 credits in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field + 1 year experience with children

Associate's degree in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field

Associate's degree with 30 credits in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field + 3 years experience with children
