Job summary

The Malvern School of Marlboro is seeking a Lead Teacher for the Toddler classroom. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday and offers a supportive, growth‑oriented environment where you can influence curriculum and student learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field.
• Bachelor’s with 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or human services field and 1 year of experience with children.
• Associate’s degree in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or human services field and 2 years of experience with children.
• Associate’s degree with 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or human services field and 3 years of experience with children.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and implement a superior Early Childhood Educational program in accordance with school policies and The Malvern School philosophy.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and educational environment for the class.
• Communicate regularly with parents, in person and through the use of technology.

Education

Bachelor’s degree – ECE/related
