Job summary

The Malvern School is seeking a Lead Teacher for the Toddler classroom at The Malvern School of Montgomeryville. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday and offers a collaborative teaching environment and opportunities for professional growth.

You will plan, supervise, and implement a high-quality early childhood program, maintain a safe and engaging classroom, and communicate regularly with families to support child development and learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field as a requirement.
• Bachelor’s with 30 credits in early childhood education and 1 year of child-related experience.
• Associate’s degree with 2 years of experience in the field.
• Associate’s with 30 credits and 3 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and implement a superior Early Childhood Educational program aligned with school policies and The Malvern School philosophy.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and educational classroom environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents, in person and via technology, to meet expectations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field

Bachelor’s degree with 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 1 year of experience
