Job summary

Dream Care Learning Center in Lexington, KY is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher to guide care for toddlers aged 1–2, stay organized, and engage with families to build trust.

You will observe, assess, and plan developmentally appropriate activities, follow licensing guidelines, and support daily routines while promoting motor development and curiosity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Background check and TB skin test may be required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards for daily toddler care.
• Operate as Lead or Assistant Teacher based on attendance.
• Observe, assess, and plan for toddler development and communicate with families.
• Complete annual training on child care and development topics.
• Assist other Toddler Teachers and support staff to maintain ratios.
