Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing, supportive, and safe classroom environment that encourages developmental growth
• Create and implement age-appropriate curriculum focusing on motor, social, and sensory development
• Monitor and report on students' development and behavior, including milestones and potential delays
• Ensure safety and well-being of students and adhere to safety and emergency procedures
• Communicate regularly with parents or caregivers about progress and needs
• Maintain a clean, engaging and age-appropriate learning environment
• Administer first aid as necessary and handle medical emergencies
• Attend professional meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training to improve competence
