Job summary

Acquire4Hire LLC seeks a Lead Toddler Teacher in Orlando, FL to create a safe, nurturing classroom for 12 to 36-month-olds. You will design age-appropriate curricula, manage daily routines, and partner with families to support development.

You will lead and mentor assistant teachers, observe progress, maintain high safety standards, and ensure clear parent communication through updates and conferences.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of direct experience in an early childhood setting.
• High energy and enthusiasm for young children.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of child development.
• Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Must clear full background check.

Responsibilities

About This Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children aged 12 to 36 months can explore, learn, and grow. You will design and implement age-appropriate curricula, manage daily classroom routines, and foster strong partnerships with families to support each child's unique development.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute a play-based curriculum that promotes cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that meets all state licensing standards.
• Observe, assess, and document each child's progress and developmental milestones.
• Establish open and positive communication with parents through daily updates and regular conferences.
• Guide and mentor assistant teachers to ensure cohesive and high-quality classroom management.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of direct professional experience in an early childhood setting.
• High energy.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• A strong understanding of child development.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must clear full background check.
