Job summary

Acquire4Hire LLC seeks a compassionate Infant Teacher for our Orlando, FL center. You will care for infants 6 weeks to 12 months, support development, partner with parents, and maintain a safe, nurturing environment.

Responsibilities include feeding, diapering, documenting milestones in our app, implementing developmentally appropriate activities, and ensuring licensing standards are met. This role offers a close-knit team and opportunities to grow in early childhood education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience with infants or toddlers in a licensed childcare facility.
• Active CDA credential or completion of Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) 45-hour introductory childcare training.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

• Document daily activities, milestones, and schedules for parents using our digital communication app.
• Foster a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom culture for all children and their families.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience working with infants or toddlers in a licensed childcare facility.
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or completion of Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) 45-hour introductory childcare training.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications, or willingness to obtain them within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and frequently bend, stoop, and sit on the floor.

Nice To Haves

• Bi-lingual skills, particularly English and Spanish.
• Previous experience utilizing childcare management software like Brightwheel or Tadpoles.
