Job summary

Abram's Angels Academy in Orlando, FL is seeking a passionate Lead Toddler Teacher to nurture children aged 12 to 36 months. You will design age-appropriate curricula, manage daily routines, and partner with families to support each child's development.

Responsibilities include implementing play-based learning, maintaining a safe classroom, mentoring assistant teachers, and ensuring alignment with state standards. Current CPR/First Aid certification and a full background check are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of direct professional experience in an early childhood setting.
• High energy and strong communication skills.
• Understanding of child development.
• Ability to lead and mentor staff.
• Background check clearance required.
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification required.
