Job summary

The Learning Experience O‑Town West in Orlando is seeking a dedicated Toddler Teacher to nurture children aged 12–24 months. You will create a warm, safe classroom, follow LEAP curriculum, and partner with families to support growth.

This role emphasizes teamwork, consistent attendance, and adherence to Florida licensing standards. Strong communication, reliability, and the ability to manage routines are essential for providing high-quality early education.

Qualifications

• Experience with toddlers 12–24 months preferred.
• Florida DCF 45-hour training completed or in progress within timelines.
• CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework or related credentials preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Knowledge of Florida childcare licensing, health and safety standards.
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Position Overview

As a Toddler Teacher, you will work with children ages 12–24 months, supporting their growth and development through nurturing care, structured routines, and engaging learning experiences.

This position requires strong classroom management, consistency, active supervision, and teamwork to maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
