As a Lead Teacher, you will:

• Create engaging, fun learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers.
• Support the social, physical, and intellectual development of preschool children.
• Lead classroom management, curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing and standards.
• Build genuine relationships with families to promote child achievement and center success.

Requirements:

• Experience leading a classroom and developing educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state and center education requirements.
• Willingness to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activities with children.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay varies based on position, education, and experience, with bi-weekly and daily pay options.
• Assistant Teacher: $17.25 - $18.75 hourly.
• Teacher/Lead Teacher: $18.50 - $20.50 hourly.

• Monday-Friday work week.
