Job summary

Idaho Youth Ranch seeks a Lead Thrift Store Associate to help manage thrift store operations and support Idaho’s youth. You will work with a caring team to ensure excellent customer service and uphold the mission of our organization.

Responsibilities include opening, operating, and closing the store, compiling daily sales, making deposits, and providing leadership and training to store staff. This role supports our programs and services that benefit Idaho youth.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in high school or possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 16 years of age.
• Strong customer service skills and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch in daily store operations.
• Open, operate, and close the thrift store as needed.
• Compile daily sales and make bank deposits.
• Lead by training and directing store employees.
