Job summary

The Idaho Youth Ranch is seeking a Lead Thrift Store Associate to support the day-to-day operations of one of our thrift stores in Boise. You will help manage selling donated items and contribute to our mission by supporting youth programs funded by store profits.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in high school or hold a diploma, are at least 16 years old, and can deliver exceptional customer service while working weekend shifts in a friendly, caring environment.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in High School or possess High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 16 years of age.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch in daily store operations.
• Assist in opening, operating, and closing the thrift store.
• Compile daily sales and make bank deposits.
• Serve as a leader by training and directing store staff.
