Job summary

Google's Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) team seeks a senior leader to shape enterprise security intelligence programs that protect people, assets, and information worldwide. You will anticipate, deter, detect, and respond to risks, collaborating with cross-functional partners and driving impactful initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience defining and building global security intelligence and risk mitigation strategies.
• 10 years of experience analyzing, interpreting, and drawing solutions from data, as it relates intelligence and risk.
• 5 years of experience in resource management including defining organizational structures and managing global teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute practices to assess and mitigate risks to company assets, and collect, evaluate, and disseminate accurate and timely intelligence assessments to appropriate stakeholders to help inform decision-making in crises.
• Provide ongoing support for data users through maintenance of reports, queries, and dashboards, fielding user questions, authoring documentation, and delivering training.
• Lead a team of individuals, set and communicate team priorities that support organizational goals.
• Engage key stakeholders throughout Google/Alphabet enterprise to improve performance.
• Drive strategic planning of Threat Intelligence Analysis in support of broader Global Intel Google goals.

Job description

In accordance with Washington state law, we are highlighting our comprehensive benefits package, which is available to all eligible US based employees. Benefits for this role include:
