Job summary

Google is seeking a senior leader for Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) to own risk mitigation strategies, build intelligence capabilities, and influence global stakeholders. You will develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness and escalate critical enterprise risks to business leaders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience defining and building global security intelligence and risk mitigation strategies.
  • 10 years of experience analyzing, interpreting, and deriving solutions from data related to intelligence and risk.
  • 5 years of experience in resource management including defining organizational structures and managing global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and execute practices to assess and mitigate risks to company assets, and disseminate accurate and timely intelligence assessments to appropriate stakeholders to inform decision-making in crises.
  • Provide ongoing support for data users through maintenance of reports, queries, and dashboards, fielding user questions, authoring documentation, and delivering training.
  • Lead a team of individuals, set and communicate team priorities that support organizational goals.
  • Engage key stakeholders throughout Google/Alphabet enterprise to improve performance.
  • Drive strategic planning of Threat Intelligence Analysis in support of broader Global Intel Google goals.

  • Maternity Leave (Short-Term Disability + Baby Bonding): 28-30 weeks
  • Baby Bonding Leave: 18 weeks
