Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Threat Intelligence Lead within its Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) team. The role focuses on developing and executing risk-based intelligence programs to protect Google assets and information on a global scale, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders across Alphabet.

You will manage a team, drive strategic intelligence planning, and analyze complex data to inform critical decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience defining and building global security intelligence and risk mitigation strategies.
• 10 years of experience analyzing, interpreting, and drawing solutions from data, as it relates intelligence and risk.
• 5 years of experience in resource management including defining organizational structures and managing global teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute practices to assess and mitigate risks to company assets, and collect, evaluate, and disseminate accurate and timely intelligence assessments to appropriate stakeholders to help inform decision-making in crises.
• Provide ongoing support for data users through maintenance of reports, queries, and dashboards, fielding user questions, authoring documentation, and delivering training.
• Lead a team of individuals, set and communicate team priorities that support organizational goals.
• Engage key stakeholders throughout Google/Alphabet enterprise to improve performance.
• Drive strategic planning of Threat Intelligence Analysis in support of broader Global Intel Google goals.

Job description
