Qualifications

• American Board of Surgery & American Board of Thoracic Surgery certified or eligible.
• 5+ years of experience or more in thoracic surgery.
• Experience in minimally invasive and robotic techniques.
• Clinical faculty and graduating thoracic surgeons with interests in clinical academic practice encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a new lung transplant program.
• Shape clinical protocols, multidisciplinary team, and referral network.
• Lead UNOS certification efforts and academic collaboration with the University.
• Teach residents, fellows and medical students.
