Job summary

Clarity Clinic in Arlington Heights, IL seeks a Program Supervisor for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This onsite role leads licensed and pre-licensed therapists, driving program initiatives and performance metrics.

You will oversee IOP/PHP groups, provide 1:1 therapy, conduct assessments, and lead evidence-based DBT/CBT groups while coordinating care with patients and families from admission to discharge.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed to practice independently in Illinois with one of the listed licensures.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience supervising pre-licensed therapists (Masters level and Partially Licensed).
• Experience in group, family, and individual therapy; co-occurring disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to partially licensed and non-licensed program therapists in the clinic's program, with direct oversight of IOP/PHP initiatives and performance metrics.
• Support Program Therapists who run IOP/PHP groups and provide 1:1 therapy as Primary Therapist.
• Conduct patient assessments to determine mental health needs and establish treatment goals for IOP participants.
• Lead manualized DBT/CBT skills-based groups and provide psychoeducation to clients and families.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure quality client care and evaluate progress and effectiveness of interventions.
• Document all information in the EHR platform (AdvancedMD).
• Work with families to ensure collaboration from initiation to discharge.
